Complete and sign the Waiver of Liability and Training Completion form.
Note: Once submitted, you will receive two emails from Jotform. One email is simply a confirmation that the form was submitted successfully. The other email will have the completed form attached as a PDF document. This document is required to be uploaded/attached when you submit your volunteer application in Step 3.
When downloading the form, please select "Save As" and rename the file with your first and last name. Example: John Doe Waiver.pdf

Complete the Volunteer Application process, powered by Raptor Technologies.
Remember: You will need the PDF copy of the Waiver of Liability & Training Completion form you completed in Step 2.

Important Note (August 2024) - When completing the application, please do not check the boxes for either Land for Learning or the Washington D.C. trip, as we are not taking volunteer applications for those events at this time.
