Fulton Physical Education provides each student the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive program based on the Illinois Enhanced PE model.  Students will learn the importance of physical fitness, participate in team activities and receive instruction in rules, skills and strategies related to team/individual activities.

The Fulton PE program promotes cooperation, leadership and sportsmanship.

Fulton Health Education has been awarded the Botvin LifeSkills Training grant through the University of Colorado at Boulder.  

Botvin LifeSkills Training (LST) is a research-validated substance abuse prevention program proven to reduce the risks of alcohol, tobacco, drug abuse, and violence by targeting the major social and psychological factors that promote the initiation of substance use and other risky behaviors. This comprehensive and exciting program provides adolescents and young teens with the confidence and skills necessary to successfully handle challenging situations.

This is my 8th year teaching physical education, my 7th year at Fulton Junior High.  I have been passionate about sports, physcial fitness and health for as long as I can remember! I am so blessed to have a career doing something I love.  I truly have the best job on the planet!

I am a wife and a mom of 3 beautiful girls!  In my spare time you may find me rooting for the Cardinals, swimming, biking, running, teaching spinning or just hanging with my family!

 I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
