Ms. Kelsey Cady

Welcome to 1st Grade! My Name is Ms. Kelsey Cady! I am 33 years young! I will be your child’s 1st grade teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! This will be my 10th year teaching at Marie Schaefer Elementary.

I am excited to make this my best year yet! I grew up in O’Fallon, IL where I attended St. Clare Catholic Grade School from Kindergarten through 6th Grade. I then attended Fulton Junior High for 7th – 8th Grade before graduating from O’Fallon Township High School in 2007. I am fortunate to have two families. My father lives in Shiloh, my mother & step father live in O’Fallon. 

In May of 2013, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education from SIUe. I graduated in May of 2018 with my Masters in Administration and leadership from McKendree University.  

I am looking forward to another successful year and getting to learn and grow with all of your children!
