Preschool Screenings
DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENINGS
In person, preschool screenings are conducted on a limited basis throughout the school year. Families interested in signing up for the next in-person screening should contact the preschool office to make an appointment. Screenings will last approximately one hour and are free of charge. Online developmental screenings may also be completed at anytime throughout the year (including summer- see below).
October 21, 2024, January 13, 2025 and April 28, 2025 at Marie Schaefer from 9-12:00. Please contact the Preschool office to schedule a screening.
Online Preschool Screenings Available Year Round
Families that are interested in a developmental screening should click on the Ages and Stages Questionnaire link below and you will be directed to our screening page. Someone from our office will follow up following your submission of the screening documents. Thank you and happy screening! We ask families to complete the screening permission as well as both the ASQ and ASQ-Social Emotional screening documents for a more well rounded screening.

Please call the Preschool Office to set up a developmental screening for your child newborn through age three. You may also do an online screening through the above provided web address. We will contact you following the submission of the Ages and Stages Screening.

Developmental Preschool screenings are available for any child between the ages of three through five (not kindergarten age). The preschool screening consists of hearing, vision, motor, concepts, and language skills. Screenings provide a baseline of data for determining a child's developmental level as well as determining if additional services and/ or programs are needed. All preschool screenings are free of charge.
Parents requesting a preschool screening throughout the year may contact the preschool director for an appointment. Additional group screenings are held in the fall and spring of each school year.
