School Board
The Board of Education consists of seven members elected by the voters who reside within the legal boundaries of the district. The Board is responsible for establishing district policies and encourages parental involvement in the educational process.
Regular Board of Education meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the District Office at 118 East Washington Street in O'Fallon unless otherwise noted. All community members are encouraged to attend.

Becky has served District 90 School Board for 25 years. She has three grown children, Chris, Nicole and Tim. She was a Distributive Education Teacher/Coordinator at Hazelwood Central High School in Florissant, Missouri. Becky chairs the Building Committee and serves on the BEST Committee. |
Quennetta Chambers, Vice President

Quennetta Chambers was elected to the Board in April of 2019. She has two children that currently attend District 90 and has been a resident of O’Fallon for 14 years. Mrs. Chambers has worked in the field of education for over 14 years and is currently an administrator in a local school district. Prior to working in the field of education, she was a speech/language pathologist at various Chicagoland area hospitals. Additionally, Mrs. Chambers has held adjunct instructor positions at both Lindenwood and St. Louis University. Mrs. Chambers currently serves on the Best Committee and the Policy Committee. |
Eric Andrew

Eric Andrew's wife, Angi, is a teacher in the District. All of their children grew up in O’Fallon and attended District 90 schools. Their youngest will transition to Jr. High at Carriel in the Fall of 2021. Between them, Eric and Angi have had at least one child enrolled at each of the D90 schools. Eric spent the past 25 years in public service with the City of O’Fallon. Currently he serves as an Inspector with the Community Development Department. Prior to accepting the position with Community Development Eric served over 22 years with the O’Fallon Police Department where he retired at the rank of Sergeant. During his time at the O’Fallon Police Department he was assigned as a School Resource Officer which provided him the opportunity to develop a strong working relationship with many of the District’s administrators and teachers. |
Laura Jacobi Van Hook

Dr. Laura Jacobi Van Hook has been a lifelong educator. She is passionate about the lives and wellbeing of children and teachers of all age levels. Laura has taught across the spectrum. She started as an elementary teacher at Whiteside School and then transitioned to school counseling at O’Fallon Township High School. Throughout this time, she taught education and counseling courses at both St. Louis University and Lindenwood University. As a former elementary school teacher and school counselor, she understands some of the challenges that educators face. Laura holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s of Arts Degree in Counseling Education, and a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Laura and her husband, Eric, have four grown children. Three of those children also work in the field of education. They also have three beautiful Grand Girls. Previously, Laura served on the O’Fallon Township High School Board (District 203). She has also volunteered on their Endowment Board. Other community services include volunteering for Hospice, Mind’s Eye Reader, Law Enforcement Special Olympics, Volunteering at Notre Dame Academy as a reading tutor and volunteering at EK in first grade. |
Matt Lloyd

Matt has been a Board member since September of 2016. His 3 children attended District 90 and 203 schools. He and his wife have served in volunteer roles over a variety of grade levels and activities at those schools. He and his family have lived in O’Fallon since 2011. Matt retired from the Air Force in 2014 completing a 25 year career as a mobility pilot. In 2015, he joined the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in St Louis. Matt is a 1989 graduate of the US Air Force Academy. |
Mary Lynam-Miller

Mary Lynam-Miller has two third graders who attend Laverna Evans Elementary school where she has served on the PTO and as Box Tops Co-Chair for two years. Mary moved to O’Fallon in 2007 as part of a military family. In addition to her PTO experience, she is a Chamber Ambassador for the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce and graduated from the Chamber’s Leadership Institute program in 2018. Mary has spent more than 15 years working as a Program Director of Home and Community-Based Programs for people with disabilities and seniors. She is currently the Executive Director of a local agency that provides Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs) for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mary serves on the Finance Committee and the Building Committee. |

Adam Weber

Adam Weber joined the District 90 board in August 2024. While his wife, Emily, was born and raised in O’Fallon, Adam and she moved back to O’Fallon in December of 2019 with their two children and his now adult son. An advocate for public education, Adam is deeply invested in the success of local schools. Alongside his wife who serves as the Hinchcliffe PTO Treasurer, Adam volunteers at Hinchliffe and has served as a substitute teacher across District 90, demonstrating his hands-on approach to contributing to public education. His commitment to the community is evident through his active involvement in the lives of his children. His passion for education is rooted in a lifelong commitment to public service, further highlighted by his 12 years of service in the Illinois National Guard, including two combat tours. Professionally, Adam is a cybersecurity management professional with over 20 years of experience. In his most recent positions, he has been operating as a Director of Security Operations and other leadership roles in cybersecurity start-ups and technology corporations around the globe. Adam’s connection to the community also extends to youth sports. His work with Parks and Recreation as a basketball official and coach highlights his dedication to mentoring and supporting young athletes. As an IHSA licensed basketball official, Adam brings his leadership skills to the court, ensuring fair play and fostering sportsmanship. His broad range of experiences, from cybersecurity leadership to youth coaching, underscores a life dedicated to service, both in and out of the school. |
