The D90 FAST Camp is designed for Junior High School athletes who want to improve their athletic performance. Athletes of all sports will benefit from attending. The camp will be physically demanding from a fitness standpoint. Athletes will spend time enhancing sport specific skills. The camp is open to both boys and girls!
The main objective of the camp is to assist each athlete in assessing his/her fitness and to set attainable goals. As an added benefit, the athletes will be introduced to the topic of sport leadership skills.
Participants will receive an individual fitness profile in the following areas: Strength, Agility, Flexibility, Speed, and Endurance Running.
The camp will starton Friday, May 31stand meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Fridayuntil July 12th. Classes will begin at 10:00 a.m. and dismiss at 12:00 p.m.
