The federal government provides federal impact aid dollars to support military connected schools. The funds we receive enable us to provide offerings for our students we wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford. Each year area school districts ask families to complete an Impact Aid Program Survey form (Federal Funds Public Law 81-874). The guidelines require school districts to collect a form for every student in the district annually regardless of whether or not the family provides military service, lives on federal property, or works on federal property.
The signature must be a physical signature per Federal Impact Aid guidelines.
Be sure to date the form.
We are required to collect one form for EACH student.
Please return your completed form to school as soon as possible.
We can accept emailed or faxed forms. Please send it to the attention of your school secretary.
